Southwest Veggie Omelet

1/4 cup diced Green Pepper1/4 cup diced Onion1/4 cup mushroom slices1/4 diced tomato1 spray of Pamdash Garlic powder 3 egg whites1/2 tsp Chili Powder1 oz Favorite Low fat cheese
Lightly coat (1 quick pass) small frying pan with Pam. Place over medium heat - add chopped veggies and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Add a dash of Garlic to cooking veggies. In seperate bowl mix Egg Whites and Chili Powder. Shred cheese and set asside. Once veggies are cooked add egg mixture and cook until eggs are completely cooked. Add shredded cheese to top of omelet and serve.
