Apples, fresh, 2 small (2-1/2" dia)Endive, 4 headGrapes, 2 cup, seedlessPecans, .5 cup, choppedLight Cream (coffee cream or table cream), .25 cupYogurt, plain, skim milk, .25 cup (8 fl oz)Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp
Directions
mix cream, yogurt and vinegar with salt and pepper
cut endive into 1" sections
slice apple thinly and add
add grapes and toasted pecans
toss with dressing and serve immediately
