Ingredients
Soba Noodles, 4 cup (remove)*hoison sauce, 3 tbsp (remove)*Annie Chun's Soba Japanese Noodles, 12 oz (remove)Cilantro, raw, 6 tbsp (remove)*Bean sprouts, 0.5 cup (remove)Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp (remove)Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)Apple, Gala (medium), 1 serving (remove)Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped (remove)Tofu, fried, 10 oz (remove)
Directions
Cook noodles as directed. Rinse with cold water. Combine all ingredients and serve. You may fry the tofu or leave it plain. You can add additional vegetables as desired.
