Cabbage is a good source of Vitamins A & c, and fiber. It helps to prevent cancer and is low in calories. Ingredients

    8 oz Wheat Spaghetti Noodles
    4 cups Thinly Sliced Cabbage
    1/4 cup Soy Sauce
    1/4 cup Orange Juice
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup Vinegar
    3 Tbls Sugar
    1/4 cup Chunky Peanut Butter
    1 tsp ginger powder
    1/4 tsp Hot Pepper Flakes

Directions

Cook Spaghetti noodles in boiling water; drain.
In large pot, combine all ingredients except spaghetti and cabbage. Cook on medium heat; stir until mixture boils
Reduce heat to low; add cabbage. Cook and stir until cabbage softens; about 5 minutes.
Stir spaghetti into cabbage mix until coated; Serve and enjoy

    This sounds like it would be very good with rice noodles, lower in calories and good for those who need a GF diet. I'll be trying it that way for my husband and I. - 2/27/13

    I made this WITHOUT the noodles to use as a side dish. It was excellent! Great combination of flavors! Will definately make again. Thanks. - 2/13/09

    I would use Shirataki noodles instead and leave out the OJ.. this will greatly reduce the carb count. - 3/17/13
