Nutrition & Calorie Comments

The sodium can be reduced by using coconut aminos or reduced sodium soy sauce, finding the lowest sodium peanut butter. and I would substitute stevia granular for the sugar. Sounds good despite the higher carbs
Low sodium soy would be a nice touch. Sounds delicious! Will make it soon!
I do a asian cabbage salad very similar to this with no noodles, a bit of sesame oil but no soy sauce & Splenda instead of sugar. A bit of balsamic vinegar instead of regular is good too. Can add cooked chicken or tofu for a main dish.
I would use Shirataki noodles instead and leave out the OJ.. this will greatly reduce the carb count.
HOLY SODIUM !!
This sounds like it would be very good with rice noodles, lower in calories and good for those who need a GF diet. I'll be trying it that way for my husband and I.
Tastes good, but I believe that the nutrition info is kind of off... I just don't think that 8 oz of pasta (which is normally 150-200 cals per 2oz serving) served between 3 people works out to 94 calories (which is what the nutrition breakdown has it listed at.)
Super!! I added cubed, firm tofu, to increase protein, and I topped it with chopped cilantro (it's crying for that!) Totally loved it! Cannot wait for the leftovers, which I'll have cold. Thanks for this terrific recipe.
I even forgot the sugar and this turned out pretty good. I am sure with the sugar it would be even better.
