Made these tonight with slightly more than half a cup of sugar and they came out pretty good. Nice little treat! Make them small and put them out of sight as soon as they cool! lol
Love this recipe. You can put a thumbprint in the cookie and add sugar free jam for a PBJ cookie..yummy.
Super simple and really yummy! I loved how much less greasy the were without being dry. Next time I'll use less sugar because it seemed to overshadow the saltiness of the peanutbutter, but otherwise perfect!
