Turkey Smoked Sausage and Bean Stew
This is one of those, throw in the kitchen sink sort of meals. A great meal to make when you've got lots of veggie odds and ends. Would also be good using diced zucchini or green beans and any spinach or greens you have onhand. I used canned red beans, smoked turkey sausage, onion, fresh chili pepper, jarred jalapenos, celery, carrots, a fresh tomato, and beet greens I had onhand. Serve over rice, or eat alone with some nice crusty whole grain bread!
