Basmati Rice1 tbsp vegan margarine1 onion peeled and chopped1 tsp yellow mustard seed1 tsp saffron threads2.5 cups waterpepper
fry onion, mustard seeds, and saffron threads in margarine. Add rice and stir around for 1 minute. Add water and season with black pepper. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until liquid is absorbed
