Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/2 c. canola oil2 large eggs4 t. baking powder1 c. buttermilk1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. brown sugar1 1/2 c. quick oatmeal1 1/2 c. old fashioned oatmeal1 t. salt
Directions
Mix oil, sugar & eggs. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into greased 8x8" pan. Bake @ 350 for 30 min. Serve hot.
Variations: Use 1/2 c. butter instead of canola oil.
Use 1 c. brown sugar instead of 1/2 c. each.
Add 1/2 c. raisins or cinnamon apples.
I bake mine 40 min. but recipe says 30 min.
