Ingredients
Directions
1 tbsp olive oil1.3 lbs. 93% lean ground turkey1 large onion - choppedchili powder, cumin, oregano, black pepper1 3/4 cup swanson chicken broth1 cup pace chunky salsa1 tbsp sugar1 can (about 15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained1 can (about 16 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
Turns out to be 6 servings, so measure out 6 serving sizes when finished.
Heat the oil in the saucepan.
Add the turkey, chopped onion, and spices. Cook until the turkey is well-browned. Stir often to separate meat.
At this point, I transfer everything over into a stew pot because my saucepan isn't large enough.
Stir in the broth, salsa, sugar, beans, and corn and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 30 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
