Ingredients
12 oz. lean beef - sirloin1/2 yellow onion8 oz. sliced mushrooms1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce1/8th Cup beef stock/boullion1/4 Cup low fat or fat free sour cream
Directions
slice beef thin strips, saute in pan, add veggies, worcestershire sauce and beef stock, mix thoroughly. shut off heat, stir in sour cream until well blended. serve over tofu shiritake if desired
