Cocoa Meringues

Ingredients
5 egg whites2 1/4 cups powdered sugar1/2 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened.
Directions
Combine sugar and cocoa, set aside. Beat the egg whites with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add the sugar mix gradually and mix until stiff peaks form. Pipe using a pastry bag or snipped freezer bag onto cookie sheet and bake at 185 degrees for 3 hours or until dry. store in an airtight container. Makes 2 dozen.
