1/2 c. Veganaise1/4 medium cucumber, peeled and seeded, finely minced2 garlic cloves, finely mincedjuice of 1/2 lemon1/2 tsp dill weed, dried1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to one day.
