Hamburger Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
Ingredients:Ground beef, 16 oz (grounded with onion in pan and drain greese)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Celery, raw, 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Tomato Soup, 4 cups Water, tap, 4 cups (You can add other veggies as well, but this is how we like it in our house. I basically omit the carrots it calls for, but would like to try some corn )
Directions
Ground up the beef and cook on the stove top along with onion
CHop your other vegetables and throw in a kettle or even the crockpot.
Add tomato soups and equal parts water
drain ground beef and add to the soup mix
you can then simmer for 1 hour on the stove top or like I sometimes do, I put in the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours (nice meal to come home to after work)

We make or serve bread and butter with. Very nice on a cold day!
