Skillet Shrimp w Tomatoes & Feta

Ingredients
1 clove garlic, minced1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved1/8 tsp dried oregano1/8 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper3 oz peeled and deviened medium shrimp1 tbs crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
Directions
coat small non-stick skillet w cooking spray, cook garlic over medium-high heat about 30 seconds or until fragrant. Stir in tomatoes, oregano, salt & pepper. cook and stir about 2 minutes until tomatoes are soft.

Add shrimp cook and stir for 2-3 minutes until shrimp or opaque. sprinkle with cheese.

Rinse the noodles well and boil for 5 minutes and strain coat w 1 tsp olive oil and 1 tbs chopped fresh parsley. Top pasta with shrimp mixture. Enjoy!
