Marinade Fresh Salad

Ingredients
3 roma tomatoes1 cucumber3-4 thin slices of red onion2 tsp. garlic salt1 tsp. black pepper2 Tbsp. olive oil2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Directions
cut tomatoes and cucumber into bite sized chunks. combine the thin slices of red onion. Add olive oil, vinegar and seasonings, toss and chill in a covered bowl. Can set overnight. Stir before serving.

Black olives and Parmesan cheese are excellent additions to this salad, remembering that they do add additional calories.
