Ingredients
Directions
3 cups coarsely chopped cooked chicken (I like to use a 9 oz. package of Perdue short cuts)4 slices crisply cooked bacon, chopped1 cup shredded Swiss cheese1/3 cup mayonnaise1 tsp Dijon mustard2 tbsp parsley1 garlic clove, pressed2 plum tomatoes, sliced2 tubes of Pilsbury crescent rolls
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine chicken, bacon, 3/4 cup cheese, mayo, mustard, parsley, and garlic. Mix well.
2. Place the crescent rolls, overlapping & unfolded, in a sort of sun shape (see the picture for reference to what it should look like). On each crescent, spoon the chicken mixture evenly, and top with a slice of tomato. Fold the crescent rolls over the mixture and tuck under. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on the whole shape.
3. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Each crescent roll piece is one serving.
