Balsamic Asperagus Salad

Ingredients
Fresh Asperagus (1lb)1 Roma Tomato3 T. Balsamic Vinegar2 T. Orange Juice2 T. Lowfat Parmesian CheeseSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Blanch asperagus until tender but still crisp, about 5 min max. Immediately remove and put in ice bath. Mix with chopped roma tomato and rest of ingredients. Eat right away or chill for an hour.
