Spaghetti bolognese

Ingredients
225g minced beef100g chicken livers, choppedSmall tin (30g drained) anchovies50ml semi skimmed milk4 fl oz white wine12 oz spaghetti1 onion, choppedHalf pint stockTwo tomatoes, chopped
Directions
Chop onion, tomatoes and put in pan with beef and chicken livers until meat browns
Add wine and stock, salt and pepper
Stir until boiling, then simmer for 40 mins
Cook pasta ready for serving
Just before serving, add milk, stir and cook for a few mins more
voila!
