Vegetable Dip/Knorr Veg Soup

Ingredients
1 pkg frozedn chopped spinach, thawed and drained1 c. light mayo1 c. fat free plain yogurt1 8 oz can water chestnuts1/2 c. chopped green onion
Directions
Thaw and drain spinch. Make sure it's as dry as possible. Combine with all other ingredients. Chill several hours or overnight.

Makes a delicious vegetable, cracker, or bread dip. I like to place into hollowed round rye or sourdough bread.

Makes approximately 24 2 Tbsp. servings.
