Anne's tofu white sauce

Ingredients
12 oz. soft tofu, drained3 garlic cloves, minced1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese1/4 cup grated mozerella cheese1 tablespoon olive oil1 tablespoon onion powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Braise minced garlic
Be sure to cube the tofu then add all ingredients into the blender.
Heat thoroughly.
I added some savory and thyme to vegetables (sauteed) with sauce on pasta.
