2 carrots, grated1 sweet, tart apple (such as McIntosh or Granny Smith) finely diced1 stalk broccoli, extra finely chopped, stalk, tree and all (she also uses cauliflower if she has it)2 Tbsp. sweet onion, extra finely choppedTbsp. or 2 of raisins2 Tbsp. mayo 2 tsp. - 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar (OR ½ lemon and ½ pkg. Splenda)A little pickle relish or chow-chow
