Vegan carrot ginger soup

Ingredients
Better than Bouillon Vegetable base4 medium carrotshalf of a large yamsmall onion1 tsp grated ginger root 1 clove grated garlic salt and pepper (to taste)2-3 cups of water~I add cayenne pepper for a nice kick!~
Directions
Bring water to a boil and add bouillon.
Dice onion, carrot, yam and add to pot.
Grate garlic and ginger and then use a hand blender to puree everything to a smooth soup.
Add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
