Golden Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slicesPaprika, 1 tbspDill weed, dried, 1.5 tspPepper, black, .25 tsp*Soy Sauce, 3 tbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil, Kirkland (1tbs*All Purpose Unbleached Flour, 0.125 cup*Almond Breeze Unsweetened original Almond Milk, 16 oz*Lemon Juice, 3 tsp
Directions
Saute Onions in water in a large pot.

Add 1/4C water, Mushrooms and spices. Cover and cook 5 minutes

In separate pan, mix olive oil & flour to form thick paste, stirring consistently, for 1 minutes, then wisk in milk & cook over medium heat, stir frequently until steamy and thick.

Add milk to soup and stir in lemon juice just before serving.
