Pasta E Fagioli soup

Ingredients
1lb ground turkey1 small onion, diced1 large carrot, julienned3 stalks celery, chopped2 cloved garlic, minced1 15oz can red kidney beans (with liquid)1 15oz can great northern beans (with liquid)1 15oz can tomato sauce12oz V8 juice1 tbsp white vinegar1.5 tsp salt1tsp dried oregano1tsp dried basil1/2tsp black pepper1/2tsp dried thyme1/2lb (or 1/2 package) ditali pasta (little tubes)
Directions
Brown ground turkey in large pot over medium heat. Add onion, celery, garlic, and carrot and saute 5min. Add all remaining ingredients, except pasta, and simmer 1 hour. After 50min, cook pasta in seperate pot for 8-10min until pasta is al dente, or slightly tough. Drain, and add to soup. Simmer 5-10min more and serve.
