Ingredients
500 grams beef mince1 egg1 small onionsaltblack pepper
Directions
put beef mince in a mixing bowl
add 1 egg
add finely chopped onion
add black pepper
add dash of salt

mix by hand until free from lumps

remove from bowl and place on an slightly oiled board
divide in two and shape and flatten until your happy

cook under grill or fry until juices run clear or your preference
