Vegetable Burger

Ingredients
.3 cup chopped mushroom.3 cup chopped onion.25 cup grated carrots1 oz. shredded cheese2 tablespoons chopped pimento1 egg white1 teaspoon garlic
Directions
In a bowl, add all ingredients and mix well. Form into a pattie. Spray and heat pan and cook pattie about 10 minutes and turn and cook 10 more minutes. Makes 1 patty.
