4 Large Eggs4 Slices Bacon, Crumbled1 Cup 1% Milk1/2 Cup Grated Gruyere Cheese1/2 Cup Grated Swiss Cheese1/4 (t) White Pepper1/4 (t) SaltPinch Nutmeg
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Beat eggs.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Using no crust, pour directly into pie pan.
Bake 20 minutes.
Quiche is done when knife inserted 1" from perimeter comes out clean.
Let sit 10 minutes.
Makes 8 slices.
