Garlic-Cumin Hummus

1 can Garbanzo Beans (save the liquid separately)3T Tahini (sesame paste)2T Olive OilJuice of 1/2 Lemon1 Clove Garlic1 tsp Ground Cumin1 tsp Kosher Salt1/4 tsp Black PepperCouple dashes of Dried Parsley
Combine all ingredients in food processor. Process until your desired consistency. If hummus is still too thick, add liquid from canned garbanzo beans until desired creaminess. Add more salt, pepper, and cumin to taste.
Best if refrigerated for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Enjoy with fresh veggies, pita, flatbread, or on a sandwich!
