Seaweed Salad

Ingredients
1 pkg of hijiki or arame seaweed 1 red & yellow bell pepper, diced1 bunch scallions, sliced thin1 tsp chili powder & garlic powder1/2 cup of each:Sesame OilLemon or Lime JuiceSoy Sauce or Shoyu Sauce1/4 cup Agave
Directions
Soak seaweed for 10 minutes & rinse twice
mix all ingredients, refrigerator half hour and serve.
