Jason's Orzo Salad

Ingredients
1.5 cups orzo pasta1 cup chick peas1 cup frozen spinach3 Tbsp chopped shallots1/2 cup olive oil2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar2 Tbsp goat cheese
Directions
Cook the orzo according to instructions. Boil the chick peas. Microwave the spinach to thaw. Combine everything and top with goat cheese. Serves 4.
