Ingredients
*100% Organic Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup *Mott's Healthy Harvest No Sugar Added Summer Strawberry Apple Sauce, 3.9 oz *Splenda for baking, 12 tbsp ( or 3/4 cup)*Baking Soda, 1 tsp *Bragg Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) COLD Vanilla Extract, 1.5 tsp *Hershey's Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, 5.5 tbsp ( or 1/3 cup)*Manitoba Harvest Hemp Seed Nut - Shelled Hemp Seed, 1 tbsp
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and then fill 7 regular size muffin cups( either sprayed with cooking spray or use muffin cups) 3/4 of the way full. Sprinkle hemp seed on top of muffins and then bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes. Makes 7 large muffins
