Thai Meatballs

Ingredients
Ground beef, extra lean, 680 grams (1 1/2 lbs)Hoisin Sauce, 4 tbsp Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 0.25 cup Egg, fresh, 1 medium Garlic, 2 tsp Ginger Root, 1 tsp Sesame Oil, 1 tsp
Directions
Preat oven to 400 F. Spray rimmed cookie sheet with cooking spray and set aside.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl (using your hands works best. Form meat mixture into 40 1" meatballs. Place on prepared pan.

Bak for 18 to 20 minutes until meatballs are cooked through and nicely brownsed on the outside.

Makes 8 servings of 5 meatballs each.
