Homemade Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
1 box (411 grams) Barilla Plus Elbows2 oz block cream cheese1.125 cup skim milk0.25 cup unbleached flour1 bag (2 cups) finely shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese
Directions
Make a roux with the milk and a few tablespoons of flour on medium heat. add cheese and mix well until smooth. Mix in with cooked pasta. Place in oven safe dish, and bake on 375 for 10-15 minutes. (add topping of your choice firsts)
