1 4-oz package dried, salted codfish6 C water1-1/2 Tbsp honey1/2 tsp ground chili pepper1/4 tsp MSG, optional1 Tbsp sesame oil1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds1 Tbsp soy sauce1 Tbsp salad oil
Directions
Wash codfish & soak in water 10-15 minutes; drain, pat dry & shred. Combine seasonings, mix with codfish. Refrigerate 24 hours.
