Fresh and raw: chop 1 cucumber, 1 tomato, and avocado. Grade 1 medium carrot. Cut 1/2 of avocado, add 0.3 cup of the walnuts halfs crushed. Sprinkle with oil , lemon juice and add salt & pepper to taste.
