Pomegranate salad dressing

Ingredients
1/3 cup Pomegranate juice (ive only used fresh squeezed)1/2 cup olice oil2 tbsp red wine vinagar 1 tbsp honey mustard My improved way to juice a pomegranate; 1) half the pomegranate.2) place the half in a quart size zip lock bag.3) squeeze until you have burst all the juice sacks4) cut a small corner of the bag (so seeds cant slip through) 5) hold bag over cup or containerPresto.. mess free Pomegranate Juice Pomegranates are usually availabe in the store October through January
Directions
Wisk all together and serve over salad. tastes great with a spinach salad.
Fresh spinach with lots of cut up fruit and veggies is what I use this for
