1 1/2 cups salsa2/3 cup smuckers sugar free apricot preserves1/2 cup tropicana 50 orange juice16oz boneless skinless chicken breast
In a small bowl, combine the salsa, preserves and orange juice. In a slow cooker coated with cooking spray, layer 1/2 cup salsa mixture and a chicken breast. Repeat layers. Top with remaining salsa.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 31/2 to 4 hours or until tender and a meat thermometer reads 170°.
