Sugar free Vanilla Almond Cinnamon and Splenda cookies

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1/2 tsp baking powderdash of salt4 egg whites1 cup of splenda1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil3/4 cup water1 tsp vanilla extract2 tblsp cinnamon1 tsp almond extract
Directions
1. preheat oveb to 375 degressF and line cookie sheet with parchment paper, nonstick foil, or silicone liners, or spray with nonstick spray
2.large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt and sugar, set aside
3.in medium bowl whisk eggs, olive oil, water and vanilla
4.use rubber spatula to stir the liquid mixture into the dry mixture, just until well combined. If mixture is too stiff, add more water
5.drop teaspoon size onto prepared cookie sheets 2 inches apart
6. bake 12-15 mins
7.remove and let cool
8. enjoy!

makes 4 dozen or about 48 teaspoon size cookies.
