Ingredients
romain lettucered onionstrawberriesclementinesappleharvarti cheesepecans
Directions
Makes 4 servings
Shred 1 head of romaine lettuce (approx 4 cups)
Heat pecans in a dry fry pan to toast (do not burn)
Chop apple, cheese, strawberries into bite sized pieces
Peel and separate clementines
Combine all ingrediants and add poppy seed dressing.
