Cocoa-Oatmeal Wads

Ingredients
0.33 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 3 cup Oats, Quaker 2 cup Sucralose Granular 8 tbsp Blue Bonnet Margarine 4 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla
Directions
1. In large saucepan, heat margarine over medium heat. When margarine is completely melted add milk, sugar substitute and cocoa. Stir well and bring to a gentle boil over medium heat. Continue boiling for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

2. Remove from heat. Add a dash of cinnamon and stir. Stir in oatmeal. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Refrigerate until firm. Store tightly covered in refrigerator.


This recipe makes 32 wads. 1 wad equals one serving. Use a small cookie scoop if you prefer a more uniform shape.
