curried chickpeas

Ingredients
1 can (19oz) Chickpeas1tbsp butter1 half large onion4 cloves garlic6 roma tomatoes1/2 tsp or more cumin2 tsp or more Madras or other curry powderkosher salt to taste
Directions
melt butter in pan and add onion and garlic. Saute until soft. Add in spices, salt and pepper, stir to cook for a couple of minutes. Add chickpeas (undrained) and tomatoes. Stir to combine, let simmer approximately 20 minutes or until heated through and tomatoes start to break down.
