Pizzelles

Ingredients
3 Eggs2 Cups Flour1 Cup Granulated Sugar2 Tsp Baking Powder1 Tsp Vanila Extract1 stick or 1/2 cup butter (unsalted)
Directions
Cream eggs and butter. Add vanila. Sift the rest of the ingredients into the eggs and butter. Make small balls; the size of teaspoons and drop on the Pizzelle iron to cook.
Takes about 30-45 seconds.
Take off the Pizzelle iron and allow to cool on waxpaper.
After cooled store in a tin can.
