1/2 can green enchilada sauce1 small can tamatillo12 oz ground turkey breast4 tablespoons chili powder 4 or 6 mission carb balance tortilla2 cups of frozen spinach or fresh wilted top with grated cheddar cheese
fry brown turkey add chili powder
mix green sauce with chopped tomatillo dis card juice of canned
brown tortillas and either layer in 8x 13 pan or roll turkey mix inside place in pan with a half cup of the green sauce on the bottom
layer of turkey on that and layer of spinach another layer of 1 cup green sauce and finish with remaining turkey and spinach
top with 2 to 3 tortillas and remaining green sauch sprinlkle cheddar cheese on to
bake for 30 minutes at 350
top with more tortilla and
