This was awesome and the family finished it all in one night. Mine was not soggy at all because I only used 1 can of chicken soup and simmered it down. I also drained the tomatoes. I did not have any rotel, so I used a can of italian diced tomatoes and added cumin to it. - 9/2/09

Question: is there just one layer, or two, separated by a layer or a lasange? - 11/22/08

I am sorry I haven't responded to your question before now. No need to layer the tortillas. Just put them on the bottom. Thanks or asking.

My family loved this dinner! One of my boys actually had 2 helpings.. that is very unusual at our house. I jsut need to tone down the spice so probably won't put as much chili powder in it. Kids said it was a keeper! - 1/18/09
