Chicken Curry in a Hurry

Ingredients
12 oz chicken breast2 onions2 tsp curry powder1 tsp oil1 c reduced fat sour cream
Directions
Half onions, then slice
Heat oil in skillet, cook onions until translucent
Add half curry powder
add chicken (can leave whole or cut into bite sized pieces)
Add remaining curry powder
Cook for a few minutes, then add sour cream
Cook through
Can serve with brown rice (not included)
