easy veggie beef soup

Ingredients
1 64oz. Bottle V-8 low sodium juice1 lb. diced beef (my grocery carries this)1 10oz. pkg. frozen veggies, any kind you want2 bay leaves whole1tsp celery seed
Directions
Put V8 and diced beef in crock pot on high or stove top pan about level 4. Add Bay leaves and celery seed. Let cook around an hour. Add veggies and cook another hour.

Makes 8- 1.5 cup servings

When I make large batches, I use my 18qt electric turkey roaster to cook like a crock pot. It takes some more time. Cooking slow helps the meat get tender.
