QUICK Fried Rice

1 tsp Badia Complete seasoning1 cup chopped onion1 or 2 tbsp of minced garlic 2 medium eggs (scrambled) 2 tbs olive oil3 tbs soy sauce2.5 cups of cooked jasmine rice
This makes 6 0.5-cup servings
(if you use different rice and less olive oil the calories drop, but theres nothing like jasmine rice) :]
*Scramble the egs first and put the on a side plate.
*In a large skillet add the oil and turn the heat medium high. When its hot add the onions with the complete seasoning and when they start turning clear, add the garlic so it doesn't burn.
* Add the rice and the soy sauce and just stir so the rice becomes brown. After it looks even add the eggs and mix it in.
*Serve alone or with teriyaki chicken breast.
