Ingredients
1tbs lemon juice1 egg yolk3/4 tsp smoked paprkia1/4 tsp garlic powder0.5 cup olive oil
Directions
mix yolk, lemon juice, and spices in a food processor for 2 minutes.
slowly drizzle in olive oil.
refrigerate

variation: you can use homemade spicy oil to make a spicy mayo. The oil can be made by boiling dried chiles in olive oil and then straining the mixture.
