Vegetarian Hoppin' John

Ingredients
2 med onions, diced2 cloves garlic, minced1 can (19oz) bean blend1 cup cooked rice 1/2 cup vegetable brothHot sauce, salt, pepper to taste
Directions
Saute onions, garlic over medium high-heat.
Stir until onions begin to brown (5mins)
Add beans, rice, and broth.
Cover and cook 3 minutes.
Add hot sauce to taste.
